Designed in the heart of the urban district of Rowlett, These (5) identical townhomes were custom designed for the site as well as the price point for the area.  

Two levels, with living and kitchen areas on the main floor and (3) bedrooms on the second floor. 

Created to add a unique modern identity to the neighborhood and yet still fitting in with his surroundings.
