Located in North Dallas, this residence was purchased with the intent of a complete renovation, Completely redesigned by Justin Drabek, this residence features a grand living area with full expansion windows and a large scale fire place.  
The existing small kitchen was transformed into a residence-centered kitchen that serves as the energy hub for the entire living space.
